IFA Director of Operations Coaches/Players/Parents/Umpires/Friends- I have decided to step away as Director of Operations for IFA. This decision has come after many Months of Prayer and much thought. My primary business has been blessed and we are continuing to grow, therefore, my focus needs to be on that. I simply don't have the time to give the commitment to this position that I feel needs to be given.
When I started with IFA, it was just a budding softball tournament organization. I have watched it grow to compete with the National organizations and now is one of the largest in the area. On any given weekend, IFA has 30 - 60 or more teams competing, which is unsurpassed in this area. This is simply because of all that IFA gives back to the girls. Larry's vision has become a reality and I appreciate him allowing me to tag along. The last 5 years have been a blast and I want to Thank everyone who had a part.
