We are trying to start as late as possible on Saturday to allow more time for the fields to dry. Due to this - We have reduced all game times to 1 hour. _________________________________

If you purchased cards and you are unable to field a team, you can not simply give them to another team. They have been issued in the name of a specific team. If this happens, IFA will purchase them back from you at cost. (Since they were buy one get one free, $250 cards will be refunded $125 and $100 cards will be refunded $50). ________________________________ Trophies will be awarded as follows- 1 - 5 teams will get 1st and 2nd place trophies 6 - 7 teams will get 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies 8 - 11 teams will get 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place trophies 12 or more teams will get 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place trophies _______________________________________________________________________

Entry Fee - 10U, 12U, and 14U - $250 High School - $200
Tournament format - 10U and 12U - 1 warm-up followed by 3 game bracket 14U - 2 pools seeding into "A" and "B" brackets - Double elimination High School - 2 pools seeding into a single elimination bracket - 1 Day event _______________________________________________________________________________________ You must be ready to play 30 minutes before your game time. If we have a forfeit or a run ruled game, the umpire has the right to start the next game up to 30 minutes early to keep on schedule. Please adjust your warm-ups accordingly so you will be prepared.
**Coaches - Make sure you check in before your first game to turn in your IFA roster and proof of insurance. You will not be allowed to play your 1st bracket game until you submit a roster. If you are participating in the Combine, make sure you have completed the combine form to give to the Combine director. Please see combine page for an explanation on the categories.
Please pick-up lineup cards and case of water. We will be giving MVP medals for the warm-up game and first bracket game. The umpires will have the medals at the field and give them out during the pre-game meeting.
**Coaches, please have any player that receives an MVP medal, Tournament MVP or pitches a No-Hitter or Perfect Game, to come to the IFA tent for their picture. Umpires will verify Homeruns this year. Please make sure the Umpire has the names of any girl that hits a homerun. "Inside the park" only counts in 8U and 10U. _______________________________________________________________________________________

We will have the combine this weekend. Please get a combine form at check-in and fill out with the players that want to participate. When you have a break, look for the Combine area. Sierra Stewart will be the Combine Director ______________________________________
