IFA Updates:
“Pre-Paid”
Tournament Cards- We are offering a limited number
of the “Pre-Paid” packages again for 2012. We will sell a limited
number of these packages and once they are all gone, they are gone…. ONLY 5 PACKAGES LEFT - If you want to email and reserve your package, we can put you down and we'll give 30 days to send the money.
How it works – You will receive 5 “Pre-Paid”
tournament cards that have a value of $250. This can be used for ANY
event in 2012 with NO restrictions. If you use it for an event with
a higher entry fee, you will just pay the difference. ($300 entry
fee – you will need a “pre-paid” card plus $50). You will also receive 1 “Free”
tournament card. This card may be used towards a Tournament Entry
Fee of $250 or less in 2012. Excludes all States, all World
Events, Queen of the Diamond, Clash of Champions, Scaremare, and any
event listed as excluded on the “Who’s Playing” page Cost is only $1000. You get 6 tournaments for the
price of 4. If you are interested, please

so don’t wait too late – Makes a great Christmas gift!!

Important Announcement
to Coaches- When teams sign up for a
tournament, we look for enough fields to accommodate all of our
teams. Sometimes we need to reserve extra fields and pay extra fees
for these fields. When a team drops the week of the tournament, it
changes the number of games and affects the number of fields we
need. When this happens, it results in unnecessary extra money being
paid by IFA for parks that we really didn’t need after all and
causes unnecessary last minute schedule changes for teams. IFA has always had an “Early Termination” fee for teams, but we have not enforced it.
Effective
Immediately, IFA will begin strictly enforcing the fees as
follows- - If you drop
after the game times have been posted, the Early Termination fee
will be $75. - If you drop
the day before or day of the event, your Early Termination fee will
be half of the original entry fee. You will NOT be entered into
another event until these fees are paid and there will be NO
exceptions. We understand that things happen
and players get injured, etc…but this has become a frequent issue
each week and we can’t keep absorbing these costs.

Please note - Any team that wins a tournament offering free tournaments in 2012, can only do so once. If you win a 2nd event with this same offer, we will award you 1 more free tournament in 2012, but the rest of the free tournaments will go to the 2nd place team.
Please keep in mind regarding the Gift Cards- They are non-transferable. If you purchased cards and you are unable to field a team, you can not simply give them to another team. They have been issued in the name of a specific team. When using IFA cards- we ask that you please only use one card per tournament. Pitching Rubber distances are as follows- 8U - 35 ft 10U - 35 ft 12U - 40 ft 14U - 43 ft 16U/18U - 43 ft
